How to Redeem HSR Codes
Global players can redeem HSR Codes in two ways: on the official HoYoverse website or directly in game.
Method 1: Redeem on HoYoverse
1. Sign in
Open the official gift page with the button below, then sign in to the HoYoverse account linked to your character.
2. Pick your server
Choose America, Europe, Asia, or TW/HK/MO. Confirm the nickname shown by the page before you submit anything.
3. Paste and claim
Paste the code into Redemption Code and press Redeem. Successful HSR code redemption sends the reward to your in-game mailbox, where you still need to claim it.
Method 2: Redeem in game
Use the in-game method when the Redemption Code option is available in your Phone menu.
1. Open the Phone menu
Launch the game, enter the character that should receive the rewards, and open the Phone menu.
2. Choose Redemption Code
Select the three-dot button beside your Trailblazer name, then choose Redemption Code.
3. Enter and claim
Paste the code, confirm the redemption, and collect the reward from your in-game mailbox. Repeat for any remaining HSR Codes.
Mainland China servers usually use in-game redemption. On Global servers, availability can vary by platform; if the Redemption Code option is missing, use the official website.

HSR livestream codes expire quickly. Active codes stay at the top of this page; after the claim window closes, the same set moves here as a version record.
HSR Codes Not Working?
If HSR Codes return an error, start with the message from HoYoverse. The usual causes are simple: the code was claimed before, it expired, the wrong server is selected, or the account has not unlocked Mail.
Already in use
This character has already claimed the code. Copying it here does not change its status; only the HoYoverse response shows the account's claim record.
Invalid or expired
Paste the code again exactly as shown, with no spaces before or after it. If it is still rejected, the claim window or redemption limit may have ended.
Character not found
Check the server and linked account. A character on America will not appear when Europe or Asia is selected, even with the same login email.
Reward has not arrived
If the website showed success, reopen Mail and make sure the account has unlocked it. Contact HoYoverse support if the reward still does not arrive.
What Are HSR Codes?
HSR Codes are free reward keys from HoYoverse broadcasts, events, collaborations, social posts, and in-game puzzles. Honkai Star Rail redeem codes may give Stellar Jade, Credits, Fuel, EXP materials, consumables, or a quest item. HSR redeem codes never ask for payment.
HSR livestream codes expire fastest. A Special Program typically releases three codes worth 100 Stellar Jade each, and claims usually close the next day. Other Stellar Jade codes may last for weeks; puzzle codes can survive several versions. Check the active list before trying expired HSR 4.4 codes or other codes from an old clip or screenshot.

Expired HSR Codes may still appear in old posts, and a code can expire after the latest check. An account may also reject one that still works for someone else. HoYoverse announces new HSR Codes across several official channels.
Will every active code work for my account?
An Active label means the latest source check still listed the code as available. It does not guarantee every account can claim it. Your account may have used the code already, or the code may expire after the check. Always follow the result shown by HoYoverse.
How often are HSR Codes updated?
Each Special Program, version event, character event, or reported status change triggers a fresh HSR Codes check. New rewards and expiry updates are published at this same URL.
Do HSR Codes expire?
Most promotion and Special Program codes expire. STARRAILGIFT is a long-running starter reward, but HoYoverse can still change availability without announcing a date in advance.
Where do new Honkai Star Rail codes appear?
HoYoverse usually shares new Honkai Star Rail codes during version broadcasts, character campaigns, collaborations, social events, and in-game puzzles. Once confirmed, working HSR Codes appear in the active list above.
