Character Notes

The notes stick to build decisions: the team a character wants, the drawback that hurts them, and the support or Eidolon check that changes their tier.

T0
Robin • Summeretto
Robin • Summeretto

At E0, she brings DEF shred, ATK and CRIT DMG buffs, Vulnerability, action advance, and Energy support. That gives her a place in many teams.

Yao Guang
Yao Guang

Elation's main engine. She raises team Elation, generates Punchline, and gives Aha another turn, accelerating the team's rotation.

Mortenax Blade
Mortenax Blade

His personal damage sits in the top bracket, while his support kit adds Vulnerability, DMG buffs, and DEF shred. He fits a wide range of teams, including Ashveil and Himeko • Nova.

Evanescia
Evanescia

Near-permanent ult uptime and heavy burst keep her at the top. At E1S1, her damage can already match premium Elation and Remembrance teams.

Silver Wolf LV.999
Silver Wolf LV.999

True DMG, SP recovery, Punchline generation, and Crowd Control immunity all fit into one kit. Her burst sets the ceiling for current Elation teams.

Hyacine
Hyacine

Fast, safe, and easy to slot anywhere. Teamwide cleanse plus steady healing make her one of the best universal sustains.

Evernight
Evernight

She clears farming content quickly and remains strong in hypercarry setups. More Remembrance units raise all ally memosprites' CRIT DMG, while E1 shores up single-target damage.

T0.5
Himeko • Nova
Himeko • Nova

She handles both single-target and AoE fights and works well with Welt and Remembrance Trailblazer. Her high-investment ceiling trails the best Elation and Remembrance teams for now.

Sparxie
Sparxie

E0S0 is enough to get the team running, with solid sustained burst. At E2, her damage can comfortably handle every current endgame mode.

Castorice
Castorice

Her low-investment edge has faded, but the off-field revive is still one of the best safety nets in the game. High-investment Castorice teams remain competitive.

Cyrene
Cyrene

Every Chrysos Heir receives a unique buff, and E2 is a major breakpoint. E6 is especially valuable for high-investment 0 AV clears.

Tribbie
Tribbie

At E0, Tribbie is less universal than Mortenax Blade. E1 still gives her top-tier support value in teams built around her kit.

Ashveil
Ashveil

Ally attacks trigger his extra FUAs, giving him strong main-carry performance once the team is complete. Mortenax Blade and Tribbie both fit well, but missing key teammates lowers his blind-pull value.

Rin Tohsaka
Rin Tohsaka

She turns SP changes into a major team DMG buff, while her AoE covers Archer's weak matchup. Outside that core, her current team options are narrow.

Trailblazer (Remembrance)
Trailblazer (Remembrance)

Action advance and DMG buffs remain useful, and Himeko • Nova gives Remembrance Trailblazer a strong low-investment team.

Hysilens
Hysilens

A core damage dealer for the new DoT shell. Paired with Kafka and Black Swan, she puts the archetype back into a strong endgame spot.

Firefly
Firefly

AoE weakness implant and a longer ult window clean up her rotation. With The Dahlia, her damage and uptime rise sharply.

The Dahlia
The Dahlia

She enables Super Break before enemies are broken, adds weakness implant and DEF shred, and contributes damage herself. Few Break units cover this many jobs.

T1
Phainon
Phainon

His single-target damage remains strong, but the build leans harder on E2. His current value also trails the best Elation cores.

Huohuo
Huohuo

Her improved protection and ult resource generation give her a place in several Trailblaze teams, including Himeko • Nova.

Dan Heng • Permansor Terrae
Dan Heng • Permansor Terrae

Massive teamwide shields make him a safe pick for modern FUA teams. He slots directly into Ashveil comps when the team needs a sustain.

Archer
Archer

One of the strongest free single-target carries. Another free copy this version effectively gives players E1, and Rin Tohsaka keeps the core highly competitive at low investment.

Gilgamesh
Gilgamesh

Fast ult cycling and AoE damage make him a major Saber upgrade. Getting the pair into the top damage bracket takes more Eidolons on Saber.

Sparkle
Sparkle

Better SP recovery and overflow storage fix her old resource problem. She is back to being a reliable T1 buffer.

Anaxa
Anaxa

Good low-investment single-target damage with Wind weakness implant. Cyrene raises his ceiling, but his overall placement remains T1.

Cerydra
Cerydra

Her Skill-copy mechanic works especially well with Phainon, Anaxa, and Mydei. She is strong in those teams, but less effective as a general-purpose support.

Black Swan
Black Swan

Arcana stacks build twice as fast, and overflow stacks now convert into extra damage. Her DoT rotation is much smoother.

Kafka
Kafka

Stronger AoE and faster teamwide detonation restore her role as a main engine for the new DoT comp.

Mydei
Mydei

Low-investment Mydei has started to fall behind. He remains playable if the roster can support his forced-auto rotation, but he is no longer a high-priority carry.

The Herta
The Herta

She is still excellent in Pure Fiction. In MoC and Apocalyptic Shadow, the current matchups expose her much more often.

Trailblazer (Elation)
Trailblazer (Elation)

A dedicated Elation support who speeds up the opener, generates Punchline and Certified Banger, cleanses Crowd Control, and adds some damage.

T2
Saber
Saber

High Wind multipliers give her solid carry damage. Gilgamesh fixes her ult pace and lifts the full team.

Seele
Seele

Her multipliers doubled, and low-HP enemies now let her act immediately. The reset loop finally has enough damage behind it again.

Sunday
Sunday

DMG buffs, action advance, and turn control remain useful. Evanescia and FUA teams can still use him consistently.

Welt
Welt

His ult now applies 40% DEF shred, making him one of the better standard-pool investments for newer accounts. At E4+, he reaches T2 and now mainly fills a support slot in Himeko • Nova teams.

Aglaea
Aglaea

She now struggles across the three main endgame modes. Currency Wars is where her roster flexibility still stands out.

Robin
Robin

ATK buffs and teamwide action advance remain useful, but current top teams rarely have a slot for her.

Ruan Mei
Ruan Mei

A solid general support, one tier below the best dedicated options. She remains useful, but she is no longer the default premium slot.

Cipher
Cipher

Her kit covers several support jobs without leading any of them. She works as a second-line flex and rarely as the best-in-slot specialist.

Jingliu
Jingliu

Her HP-drain teams ask for both Tribbie and Hyacine to keep up. The teammate cost is now part of the calculation.

Silver Wolf
Silver Wolf

Teamwide DEF shred and a cleaner weakness implant give her more general use. She can now target the element the team actually needs.

Fugue
Fugue

Exo-Toughness keeps her relevant across Break teams. She has a clear job even after newer supports entered the archetype.

Acheron
Acheron

At E2S1 with Mortenax Blade, frequent ally attacks feed her ult far more reliably. Without Ashveil, she remains the second choice for this team.

Boothill
Boothill

The Dahlia removes much of the manual routing and speed tuning from his teams. Firefly remains the higher-priority Break carry.

Feixiao
Feixiao

Ashveil gives her FUA team a major lift, but she still leans on Eidolons. E2 is where the team starts to feel complete.

T3
Aventurine
Aventurine

Permansor Terrae brings stronger shields and fits current FUA teams better. Aventurine has little room left in the archetype.

Yunli
Yunli

Her endgame performance depends heavily on how often enemies act. Slow enemies and awkward turn patterns make it hard to trigger enough counters.

Rappa
Rappa

Her damage has fallen behind newer carries, and new accounts have better places to spend their resources.

Lingsha
Lingsha

She still has a place in Break teams, but her healing can feel strained in the latest high-pressure fights.

Jing Yuan
Jing Yuan

Sunday lets Lightning-Lord act multiple times per cycle, so the damage remains usable. The team still falls well short of newer carries.

Bronya
Bronya

She remains usable as a standard-pool support and can substitute for Cerydra in a few teams, but the niche is narrow.

Blade
Blade

The buffs eased some of his damage issues, but his base kit is still dated and struggles in current endgame.

Tingyun
Tingyun

Her ATK buff and Energy support are still easy to use. She remains a practical early-game bridge.

Fu Xuan
Fu Xuan

She has a harder time keeping teams alive in current high-pressure fights, and few meta teams still have room for her.

Gallagher
Gallagher

He can fill the sustain slot in Break teams when stronger options are unavailable, but mainly as a budget substitute.

Jade
Jade

Pure Fiction remains her clearest niche. Her performance drops sharply in MoC and Apocalyptic Shadow.

T4
Luocha
Luocha

His healing is still comfortable, and he can cover the sustain slot in budget Castorice teams. Limited utility leaves him with few teams elsewhere.

Argenti
Argenti

Even Pure Fiction rarely gives him a favorable matchup now. His damage and slow setup no longer keep pace with current stages.

Trailblazer (Harmony)
Trailblazer (Harmony)

A temporary Break support when Fugue is unavailable, but no longer a good target for further investment.

Dan Heng • Imbibitor Lunae
Dan Heng • Imbibitor Lunae

He has fallen out of mainstream teams, and the old E2S1 setup no longer offers enough payoff.

Herta
Herta

A free Pure Fiction option for newer accounts, but her low ceiling makes further investment hard to justify.

Himeko
Himeko

Weakness Break and FUAs still give her a budget role in Pure Fiction, but she is now more of a bridge than a priority build.

Jiaoqiu
Jiaoqiu

His debuffs still work, but his overall value is now close to a four-star support. Even Acheron teams no longer treat him as essential.

Pela
Pela

Teamwide DEF shred and fast ult cycling still help, but her numbers have fallen behind. She is mainly a budget support now.

Moze
Moze

At E6, he can still support Feixiao, but there are too many stronger alternatives and almost no demand for him outside that team.

Dr. Ratio
Dr. Ratio

He is only slightly ahead of older standard-pool carries now, which makes the investment hard to justify.

T5
March 7th (Hunt)
March 7th (Hunt)

She is free and easy to bring to E6, so she works well as an early-game bridge. Most accounts have better long-term build priorities.

Topaz & Numby
Topaz & Numby

Current teams rarely have a reason to field her, and further investment offers too little in return. She is now a low-priority build.

Yukong
Yukong
Qingque
Qingque

Good tile rolls can still produce decent damage, but her consistency and ceiling have fallen behind. She is now mostly a preference pick.

Trailblazer (Preservation)
Trailblazer (Preservation)

The shields are too small for current endgame, and the rest of the kit does not provide enough utility to secure a team slot.

Yanqing
Yanqing

His damage is far below current standards, and no team meaningfully fixes the problem. He is one of the lowest-priority builds.

Clara
Clara

Her counter playstyle still functions, but Yunli and Mydei fill the same role with better damage and easier setups.

Trailblazer (Destruction)
Trailblazer (Destruction)

The damage and resource efficiency are both too low to justify further investment in this Path.

Bailu
Bailu

Pure healing without a cleanse is too limiting in high-pressure fights. She is only a last-resort sustain.

Gepard
Gepard

His shields and rotation both lag behind modern sustains, leaving him without a stable team.
